This website is operated by Scandinavia Service Co. Ltd, manufacturer of Dr·Medic. Throughout the site, the words "we", "us", and "our" refer to Scandinavia Service Co. Ltd. We offer this site, including all information, tools, and services available from it, on condition that you accept the terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these terms, together with the policies referenced within them. Please read them carefully before using any part of the site.

Any new feature or tool added to the site is also subject to these terms. We may update, change, or replace any part of them by posting the revision on this page, and it is your responsibility to check the page from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.

By agreeing to these terms you confirm that you are of the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, nor breach any law in your jurisdiction, including copyright law. You must not transmit any worm, virus, or code of a destructive nature. A breach of these terms results in immediate termination of your access to our services.

Certain products are available exclusively online, and quantities may be limited. We make every effort to present colours, materials, and finishes accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen renders a colour faithfully.

Dr·Medic products are wellness and self-care devices and garments. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or carry an implanted electronic device, consult a qualified practitioner before use.

Prices are shown in Japanese yen (JPY) and may change without notice. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before payment. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed, through our payment processor. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation by email.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where an order appears to be placed for resale, where quantities appear disproportionate, or where a price or description was published in error. If we cancel an order that has been paid, we refund it in full.

We ship from Japan, domestically and internationally, using the method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. For international orders, any import duty, tax, or customs charge is the responsibility of the recipient.

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by writing to contact@dr-medic.com. Once dispatched, unopened products in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

For reasons of hygiene, compression garments and gels cannot be returned once opened or worn, except where faulty. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Dr-PRO Series devices and other professional equipment are placed by consultation and are not sold through the online bag. A request submitted through the site is an enquiry, not a binding order. Placement, price, training, and warranty terms are confirmed separately in writing before any payment is taken. Professional devices are intended for use by trained practitioners in a studio or clinic setting.

Distributor applications are assessed case by case. Submitting an application creates no distribution right or exclusivity. Any appointment is governed by a separate written agreement.

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material is provided for general information only and should not be used as the sole basis for a decision without consulting more authoritative sources. Any reliance on the material is at your own risk. We may modify the contents of the site at any time and are under no obligation to update it.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it promptly so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when needed.

The site may link to third-party websites or include third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and any use of them is at your own risk. Please read their terms and policies before engaging with them.

If you send us comments, ideas, suggestions, or other material, whether at our request or not, you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, translate, and otherwise use them without restriction, without obligation to keep them confidential, to pay compensation, or to respond. Testimonials are published only with the author's permission and may be edited for length and clarity.

The Dr·Medic and Dr-PRO names, logos, product designs, photography, and site content are the property of Scandinavia Service Co. Ltd and its licensors. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the service or the site without our express written permission.

We do not warrant that your use of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained will meet your expectations. The service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", except where a warranty is expressly given in writing or implied by law that cannot be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remainder continues in force. These terms, together with any policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
